Before making any registration, kindly consult with our technical staff.
3. How can I pay for sample analysis and can I pay with cash or cheque?
We only accept payment via:
a. Grant - UM.0000517/KWJ.AK Tabung Perkhidmatan INFRA@HIR OR
b. epay.um.edu.my - Epay Instructions: Register/Log In-> Bayaran mengikut kategori -> Perkhidmatan -> IPPP ->
Perkhidmatan Analisis HIR -> Keterangan (state name of equipment & booking hours)
4. Is it possible to request a refund?
UNFORTUNATELY, NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY PAYMENT THAT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.
5. If I am registered with another INFRA, can I use the facilities at INFRA@HIR?
No, facilities at other INFRA locations cannot be used at INFRA@HIR or vice-versa.
6. Can I extend the validity period of my package?
Yes, but this would require making a new payment to reactivate your previous account. The package is available for up to one year.
7. How do I make a booking for sample analysis?
You can make a booking through the umpoint-v3 website
8. How can I stay updated about special activities / seminars / workshops / collaboration projects at INFRA@HIR?
